What do I need to know?

Everything you need to know to attend STATT shows, including rules, accessibility and assistance for special needs.

General conditions

• Purchases cannot be made with the Carta del Docente or the Carta del Merito.
• If you buy your ticket online, show it at the entrance, with no need to queue at the box office.
• The barcode on the ticket is valid for one entry only: please do not copy or share it.
• We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early: once the show has started, entry will not be possible.
• Before you settle in, switch your phone to silent. No photos or videos during the performance, enjoy the moment!
• Refunds are given only if the show is cancelled.

Disability and accessibility

• Reduced ticket for spectators with a certified disability.
  Valid documentation: European Disability Card, or equivalent certification issued by the competent authorities.
• Free ticket for under-18 spectators with a certified disability.
  Valid documentation: European Disability Card, or equivalent certification issued by the competent authorities.
• Reduced entry for companions, if provided for by the certification presented (for example, in case of disability of 67% or more, or for people unable to walk).
• Students with a certified disability under Italian Law 104/1992 are entitled to a complimentary ticket.

Spectators with disabilities are asked to arrive at least 1 hour before the show starts, so that our staff can provide the necessary assistance.
If you have specific needs, please let us know in advance when booking by writing to promozione@rottevocali.com and stating the type of disability, so we can best organise our welcome service.

Authorised sales channels

Rotte Vocali ETS does not guarantee and is not responsible for tickets that were not purchased directly and exclusively through its own sales channels (the rottevocali.com website, Ex Conceria, Cinema Teatro dei Trulli) or from the authorised reseller Clappit.

For tickets purchased through other channels or with the involvement of third parties, Rotte Vocali ETS is not responsible for their authenticity and does not guarantee their use, reserving the right to refuse entry to the event; does not guarantee that the name on the ticket can be changed, reserving the right to refuse it; is not responsible for the price or any other costs paid; and is not responsible for any penalties connected with the purchase.
